Wash and thinly slice 0.25 medium cucumber and 0.5 medium lemon. Gently clap 5-7 fresh mint leaves between your palms to release their aromatic oils.
Place the cucumber slices, lemon slices, and mint leaves into a tall glass. If desired, add 1 serving of ice.
Pour 1 cup (240 ml) cold filtered water over the ingredients in the glass. Stir gently. For best flavor, allow the water to infuse for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
Serve chilled. You can leave the fruits and herbs in the glass as you drink, or strain them out.
