Recipe Accuracy:

- • We're not responsible for cooking failures or food allergies
- • Calorie, nutrition, cost and allergen information is an estimate, not a guarantee. Always read ingredient labels if you have an allergy or intolerance
- • Follow safe food handling, and cook meat, poultry, fish and eggs to safe internal temperatures
- • Nothing on this site is medical or dietary advice. If you have a health condition or special diet, check with a qualified professional
Limitation of Liability:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TheRandomRecipe is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.

Recipes and tools on TheRandomRecipe are free. The one paid product is the 30-Day Dinner Plan, a digital plan sold for a one-time payment of $8.99. It is not a subscription and nothing renews. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, who is the merchant of record for all our orders: Paddle takes the payment, handles sales tax and VAT, and provides customer service for billing questions and returns. Paddle's buyer terms apply to the payment. We never see or store your card details. The full refund terms are also on our refund policy page.
30-day refund:
If the plan is not for you, ask within 30 days of buying and we refund the full payment, no questions asked. Reply to your receipt email or write to info@therandomrecipe.com from the address you paid with. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank, and access to the plan ends once the refund is issued.
