A vibrant and fruity alcohol-free version of the classic Spanish punch, Non-Alcoholic Sangria is a refreshing blend of various fruit juices, fresh fruit slices, and a splash of sparkling water, offering a delightful balance of sweet, tangy, and bubbly notes.
Thinly slice 0.5 medium orange and 0.25 medium apple. Have 3-4 berries ready. These fruits will infuse flavor and add visual appeal.
In a pitcher or large glass, combine 0.5 cup (120 ml) chilled cranberry juice, 0.25 cup (60 ml) chilled orange juice, and 1 tablespoon (15 ml) fresh lemon juice. Add the sliced orange, apple, and berries.
Stir the mixture gently. Cover the pitcher/glass and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the fruit flavors to meld with the juices. A longer chill (up to 2 hours) will deepen the flavor.
Fill a serving glass with 1 serving of ice. Pour the chilled non-alcoholic sangria mixture into the glass. Top with 0.25 cup (60 ml) chilled sparkling water or club soda for effervescence. Stir gently.
